Basic Questions & Usage
What is Phatstix?
Phatstix is a whopping 30g multi-use balm, primarily for lips, made with 100% naturally derived ingredients. It's 7x bigger than your average lip balm but 30% better value per g than some basic competitors*. Chapped skin doesn't stand a chance!
Why should I try Phatstix?
Well, for starters, it's massive. You're getting 30g of goodness that'll last yonks. Plus, it's all-natural, multi-use, and doesn't cost the earth. No nasties, no nonsense - just proper skincare that works.
Where can I use Phatstix?
Lips, face, elbows - pretty much anywhere that needs some TLC (except the bits that don't see daylight, obvs). From chapped lips to garden-scuffed knees, Phatstix has got you covered.
How long does a Phatstix last?
With regular use, we reckon about 12 months. But honestly, that's a conservative estimate. It's a proper chunk of balm, after all!
Can I use Phatstix as a base for lipstick?
Absolutely! Slap on a thin layer before your lippy for smooth, moisturised lips that'll keep your colour looking fresh all day.
Can children use Phatstix?
While it's all-natural and safety tested, we haven't specifically tested it on kids as it's quite a necessary but lengthy and expensive process–in time we hope to and have high hopes it'll do well. For now. it's best to check with your GP, especially for little ones under three or with sensitive skin.
Ingredients & formula
What are the ingredients in Phatstix?
Just the good stuff: Beeswax, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter, Almond Oil, Sunflower Oil, Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Raspberry Seed Oil. That's it. No hidden surprises.
Is Phatstix Vegan?
Almost! All ingredients are vegan except for the beeswax. We're big on bees and are currently scouting for a sustainable UK beeswax supplier–if you are one or know one, hit us up!
Is Phatstix suitable for sensitive skin?
While we haven't done specific clinical tests for sensitive skin (yet), Phatstix was created by someone with eczema-prone lips***. It's free from artificial nasties, but if you're worried, do a patch test first.
Does Phatstix have any scent or flavour?
Nope, we've kept it au naturel. There's a mild scent from the butters and oils, but no added fragrances or flavours. Your nose (and lips) can thank us later.
How does Phatstix stay fresh for 12 months?
No water, no problem! Water in products is like a welcome mat for bacteria. We've skipped it, along with fragrances, which means Phatstix stays fresh without needing chemical preservatives. Keep it at room temperature and ideally out of direct sunlight.
Is Phatstix tested on animals?
Not on our watch! We're 100% cruelty-free. The only animals involved in Phatstix are the bees making our beeswax.
