Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on unopened items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The bag your item is sealed in must be unopened and remain sealed.

Unwanted items

If your item is unwanted, as long as the item is sealed, undamaged and in its original outer-packaging/mylar bag, it may be returned to us within 30 days. The item should be returned at your expense and we will not refund for the original postage amount paid on your initial order. If approved, once we receive the item back, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please see below for more information on Refunds.

Damages and issues
If your item is damaged or faulty, you must contact us at help@phatstix.net within 30 days of the date you received your item with your order number, brief explanation of the fault and photo if necessary - if you do not provide these details, we will be unable to address your concerns. If you contact us after 30 days of receiving your faulty item and the item has been opened, we are unable to issue a refund or return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If in the very unlikely event that you experience a reaction, seek appropriate medical attention right away. Your safety is the most important thing. Then please contact us at help@phatstix.net as soon as is reasonably possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@phatstix.net quoting your order number.
